Process for Ordering a Custom Pet Painting:

1. Send an Email with a Photo of Your Pet or fill in the form:

• Begin by sending me an email with your request and a clear photo of the pet that you would like to be portrayed.

2. Wait for the Quote and Production Time:

• After sending the email, wait for me to respond (usually within 48 hours) with a quote for the painting and an estimated production time. This will give you an idea of the cost and when you can expect to receive the finished artwork.

3. Pay 30% in Advance to Book the Painting:

• If you decide to proceed with the order, you will typically be required to pay 30% of the total cost upfront as a deposit to secure your booking for the painting.

4. See the Finished Artwork and Choose to Pay the Remaining 70%:

• Once the painting is completed, you will be presented with a photo of the finished artwork. At this point, you can review it and decide if you are satisfied with the result. If you are happy with the painting, you can then proceed to pay the remaining 70% of the total cost.
